Role Excellence Profiles
Engaged by a global top 5 banking and financial services organisation to work with the Global Operations function to produce outcome-based role excellence profiles to support people performance and development.
The focus was on producing comprehensive role information for key roles in the function. This was based on interviews and workshops with roles sponsors, stakeholders and in-role performers from around the world. The resultant profiles contained a composite of the most important outcomes, tasks and activities, along with indicators of success and learning requirements needed to drive stronger performance.
The profiles were used to align performance, training and coaching towards the outcomes that deliver strategic objectives and success.
