Role Clarity
Engaged by one of the largest banking and financial services organisations in the world to work with the Company Secretariat function to facilitate role clarity across the organisation.
The focus was on producing clear role descriptions for the function to articulate a forward-looking perspective of the main requirements for roles. We worked with senior stakeholders to understand the strategic objectives, translate these into employee results, and define the role requirements necessary to achieve these results.
This enabled production of role descriptions for the function which could be used globally to clarify organisational expectations of role holders and provide information for people management processes, including recruitment, performance management, learning and development and career management.
