Recruitment Effectiveness
Engaged by a renown global service provider to work directly with the Global Head of Recruitment to unpick and resolve issues between resourcing teams and the business.
The work revolved around understanding their resourcing model and how effectiveness was measured – or not. We identified the issues, provided a modified model and MI tools for measuring team and individual effectiveness. The issue was not purely within Resourcing but also with the way managers engaged with them, so we provided guidance to both parties. The overall result was that time to fill roles and time to interview from short-listing were both significantly reduced and overall effectiveness improved.
Clear and useful MI was created to enable regular effectiveness monitoring of teams and individuals. We also provided one-to-one coaching for the Global Head.
