Leadership
We were engaged by a large retail organisation to create a structured leadership programme and framework.
We spent time with senior leaders and worked our way down, collecting and analysing all the data as we went along. Finally we produced a plan for the organisation, which included a leadership framework, and then conducted senior manager upskilling sessions, including producing a programme for the senior leaders to cascade to those managers below them.
It had a very positive outcome and is still being used today.
