Enabling Change
Engaged by an NHS Foundation Trust to help the senior management team reinvigorate a transformation programme that was losing momentum.
We facilitated various diagnostic activities including interviews with the senior management team, an employee survey, and an interactive workshop. This enabled us to identify the issues that had become barriers to change and needed to be addressed. Based on this assessment, we facilitated a workshop with the senior management team to redefine the transformation necessary to meet future requirements and challenges.
Our support enabled the senior management team to create a shared vision of the future; provide a programme plan to realise the vision; and emphasise the people aspects of change to ensure that new ways of working are embedded into day to day operations.
