Initially brought in by a senior leader of a large financial institution to discover why attrition rates were increasing.
The issue was that employees could not see where and how they could progress within the organisation and sometimes felt that the process for progression was not very transparent. We implemented a technological solution that enabled employees to have visibility of opportunity, linked to learning to support their development and with tools to ensure that selection was fair and merit-based.
The overall result was that employee satisfaction scores improved and attrition reduced.
