Assessment – Self & Manager

We created a tool for use by an employee and their manager which was based upon the role and requirements of each employee.

It was completed by both employee and manager and the results were then produced in a graphical report, highlighting areas of excellence and areas for attention. All results were collated into a drill-down tool which allowed senior leaders to look for areas of concern/strength across the entire business, by role, department or country.

This is one of our key current tools that enables 180 assessment for any organisation.
